Getting Ready To Re-Open – Your Appointment FAQs Answered

We want you to know how we will be managing our appointment bookings process in the lead up to reopening. We value every one of our clients, so please bear with us whilst we manage our appointment process as fairly as possible for all.

We will be contacting the below people first;

If You Bought A Voucher During Lockdown 

We will be calling EVERYONE who purchased a voucher during lockdown to secure an appointment. We will be calling those who purchased first and working our way through the list – we hope you understand that this is the only way to keep it fair.

If You Had An Existing Appointment or Deposit 

We will be contacting anyone who had an existing deposit with us or has already booked appointments first to confirm the date.

Keeping You Safe

Please be aware we WILL have to conform to social distancing measures – when the latest guidelines are made available, we may have to adjust appointments accordingly.
